Terms for using SovAIHub.
These terms distinguish educational material, open-source references, interactive orientation tools, and future professional services.
Use
Important boundaries
Information and orientation
SovAIHub content, calculators, checklists, risk orientation, architecture diagrams, and examples are provided for education, planning, and technical evaluation. They are not legal, regulatory, conformity-assessment, security, financial, procurement, or other professional advice.
No certification or guarantee
A result, score, reference architecture, local deployment, or evidence template does not make a system compliant, secure, sovereign, accurate, fit for production, or approved by a regulator or vendor. Users must verify requirements and results for their own context.
Open-source code and downloads
Code in a linked repository is governed by the licence and notices in that repository. Third-party components retain their own licences. A website description does not replace those terms. Downloads without a separate licence are provided for evaluation and internal planning and may not be represented as endorsed or certified by SovAIHub.
Paid services
Submitting an enquiry does not create an engagement. Any paid architecture review, pilot, implementation, or support work requires a separate written scope covering deliverables, fees, responsibilities, assumptions, confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitations.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or use SovAIHub names and materials to imply an affiliation, approval, or certification that does not exist.
Availability and liability
The website and its materials are provided as available and may change or contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, SovAIHub disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for decisions, losses, outages, security incidents, or third-party actions arising from reliance on the materials.
Third-party services
Links to model providers, cloud platforms, GitHub, laws, documentation, or other services are provided for convenience and evidence. Their availability, terms, security, accuracy, and content are controlled by their respective owners.
Independent initiative
SovAIHub is independently created by Rana Kumar and does not represent an employer, client, regulator, cloud provider, model provider, or certification body unless an affiliation is explicitly stated.
Changes and Contact
Questions or updated terms
These terms are effective 22 July 2026. Material changes will be published on this page. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply to later use, subject to applicable law.
